$50B education bill to include $2B for wireless and 5G in the name of “home learning” connectivity

This bill would include a $2 billion Emergency Connectivity Fund (of the $50Billion in emergency funding) for a massive acceleration in wireless and 5G deployment to “help efforts to educate students who are learning at home”.

And is anyone asking just where this money is coming from?
