Natural / Common Law judicial processes like this may be a pathway to support positive change, since they invoke higher jurisdictions. And sometimes, we’ve seen that they can indeed have real-world results. Their role is perhaps more important at times when it can be demonstrated that the typical / legal / in-the-box approaches are not working.
